I need some manic panic, or other type of hair dye that has colors like blue, purple, and/or green. and how huch is it in general (in our out of walmart)

you can find manic panic at sally's beauty supply for about $7.00, though i've ordered mine through the website because our sally's only carries a few colors. I'm not sure if walmart carries it, i never thought to look there. if they do i'm surely buying some!

No they do not, I used to get it at hot topic back in the day, but not 100% sure if they still carry it.

Some beauty supply stores have it like Sally and Harmon but your choices will be limited your best bet is the internet unless your pressed for time.

i don't think it's manic panic, but hot topic carries a lot of colored hair dyes. i was just browsing the site the other day and came across a variety of colors. you could try looking it up online and then maybe calling the nearest hot topic to see if they carry it in their store. that may be the quickest way. if you don't need it straight away, you can just order online =]]
