Should i go to a salon to get my hair dyed of do it at home?

i have medium browne hair and medium to light blue eyes.

i am positive that i want my hair to be lighter in some way so i wanted to dye my hair light browne but i want the dye to come with natural highlites in the dye.

should i get this at a salon? how much will it cost?

if i do do it at home- what's the best product to get to make my hair light brown with natural highlites?

if you want to do it yourself go to Sallys Beauty Supply..they can direct you on what to do...were i live they are hairdressers that work there...

well if u have natural highlights and u dye ur hair at home there will already be highlights. but probably if u get it at a salon it will turn out better. and itll probably cost $80 or more to go to a good professional but u gotta do what ya gotta do.

When it comes to chemicals in the hair I suggest you go to the salon. Let the professional do their job.

You can do it at home but having done both myself, I would recommend just spending the extra money and have a salon do it. I have found the color lasts longer and looks better from a salon.

Depending on where you live and how "high end" the hair salon is, it can start at $75. (that was at Fantastic Sam's).

It can go up to $200. for a custom job. I've been using L'Oreal hair dye for years. It's very easy to use and easy on your hair.

They also have many different colors. There are even some hair dyes that will tell you how to add those highlights you want. Good luck with it. I've had a lot of fun over the years changing my hair to suit my mood. I'm not recommending that

just letting you know it's not hard to do. If I can do it anyone can.
