How do i dye my hair with Stellar?

I have dirty blonde, thick wavy hair and when i add blue or dark green you can easily see it while i wait for 15 to 20. but when i wash it with warm water it all washs out!

How do i dye my hair with Stellar?

Im not to sure what "stellar" is, but make sure you read the instructions through and your doing all the steps correct. I would try leaving it in longer, because from experience the longer you leave it in the more colour. If you still cant figure out why, try going to the place you bought it and ask them how to use it or whats wrong or you can get it professionaly done. Hope this helps=D

I'm going to be putting in my Stellar pink pop hair dye after I bleach my hair. The back of the bottle says "apply heat for more intense results"

Did you try bringing a blow dryer to your hair during those 15 minutes?
