I want to change my hair but idk if this would look right help?

i want my hair cut and i want a bright blue under-layer.

it'll look good on you, but you need to get the haircut to look right, and straighten it everyday. maybe you should get blue highlights and keep your hair curly, it's pretty!

whatever salon you go to, ask if they have chi color in a blue shade, this lightens any kind of hair with out bleach, so not as much damage. get a clear gloss on top of the color to lock it in, the chi is a semi-permanent dye.
