Is there anyway to use 30 volume cream developer with hair dye if i dyed my hair black and now the roots are coming in...i realy dont wanna use bleach because in april my cousin (professional hair dresser) wants to dye my tips blue. but i wanna dye it a different color before she dyes my hair and tips.

yes... try applying oil half an hour before taking bath.. it protects your hair from damage.. and if you don't likea blue dye try some different shades like light brown,metallic etc...
