try putting some baking soda in a hand full of shampoo .Leave it on for 5 minutes and than rinse it out.If that doesn't work nothing will.Backing soda is safe for the hair we use it all the time as a clarafier in the salons to get build up out of hair.by the way its not permanent its like a stain it will fade out in a matter of weeks Good luck

ok either put some mayo or olive oil or some really good conditioner on your wet hair and comb it out with a fine tooth comb as long as it is latex based and not oil it will come right out with a bit of combing if it is oil based go to an auto parts store and buy some hand cleaner and that will take it out but you will have to wash several times afterward to get rid of the smell and follow with a good conditioner

I think your going to have to cut your hair or use the clippers. How much you have to take off depends on how far down to the scalp the spray paint is. If it was any other kind of paint I could tell you some ways to take it off,but I have never heard of a way get spray paint off. Good luck
