Hair colour like this / partial highlights I think it's called?

I want to have my hair coloured (professionally lol) in this style

with the golden...brown...darkish blonde colour on top and darker colour underneath (also if you play the video you can get an idea of what I mean)

I naturally have fair pale skin, light blue eyes, med brown eyebrows and dark brown hair (with natural red undertones) will a stylist be able to achieve the lighter colour (using bleach I guess) without it going orange? any help would be good thanks.

i think it will be best if you did what she did...she two-tone dyed her hair but she only dyed the top only a couple shades lighter than her original color
