Hair dye incident... I need to get it off my hands. Any suggestions?

I asked a question earlier and I think I was unclear. I used Manic Panic in my hair, but it turned alot of my skin blue. (Thats the problem with dying your hair in a dorm). I like it in my hair, but I really would like to get it off my skin. Any suggestions?

It may take a few days to come completely out, but there is something you can do to help the process. Use 1/4 cup of salt and combine it in a bowl with about 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Use this as a hand scrub. It will help exfoliate the dead skin cells off your hands, and in the process, the hair dye. You may need to do this again later tonight and in the morning, but you should see a real difference.

I wouldn't recommend using bleach or any harsh chemicals, as they may irritate your skin and cause further problems.

Typically it'll come off your skin in a little while after just washing it and stuff. I think it depends on the brand, though, so I'm not exactly sure...

WOW manic panic is gonna be hard to get off lol did u get it from Sally's? they may have something there to remove it try alcohol on a cotton ball i have a hint for you as well next time you dye your hair put shampoo or conditioner even Vaseline around your face and ears you cant put it on your hands but you can easily remove the dye on your skin by just wiping off the shampoo,conditioner, or Vaseline off try to use some shampoo to wash your hands with :) it may work

rub toothpaste on your hands. leave it on for 5 min or until dry. then, get a friend to pour rubbing alchohol or something strong on it. its should melt off.

Did you bleach your hair first? If so take a little of the bleach and put it on your hands for a few minutes. Thats what my colorist would do when she would dye my hair pink.

use an exfoliator like a salt or sugar scrub on your hands to help fade the dye on your hands

Sally's Beauty Supply has a few products that will take the stain out of your skin. "Dy-Zoff" %26amp; "Andre- No Rub wipes". This should help. Good Luck!
