I think it's nice but it's better if you have dark brown/black hair to get natural highlights that's lighter then the rest of your hair.

Electric blue works well with really dark colours. Not so much in strands, but having the tips done in blue looks really funky!

I think that's just weird. Why not just have one hair color. Chocolate brown is really sexy these days!
