Hair questions plz help--need answers...!!!?

hi people. i know nobody likes to answer hair questions but i need help.

1. i really want to get my hair cut soon. auburn, about 4" past my shoulder, straight, oval face. maybe some long bangs and long layers, but a little choppy--like with a razer. anyone have good pics? any hair is fine, just hard to find good pics on the internet. if you've seen this pic: it's the black and white one of the emo girl by the railroad tracks. it was all over, but now i can't find it. i liked her hair. if you've seen this, plz tell me where it was. it was used as an answer to another yahoo question.

2. right now my hair is sorta purple (for halloween), but once it's normal (i'm using semi-permanent dye) i might dye a streak or two a cool color. what color goes with auburn hair? i'm looking for a color like blue or purple not blonde or brown, something not a natural hair color.

As for the streaks,

I would say maybe a bright purple?

Or even like a fuschia colour?
