i have completely black hair and i bought a deep blue mascara but wen i put it on t doesnt look blue is there any colored mascara that will show up and be notiseable??

do like, a powdery light color. Don't do any neon or bright (intense like hot pink) color. Light blue, lavender, or light pink would be a good idea ^_^
